   Review of Portland City Hall   
      
   I have traveled all over the world and been to almost every state. The   
   last 5 days in Portland, Oregon with my 15 year old son was astonishing.   
   Portland has been ruined. Massive drug use, tens of thousands of   
   homeless people, people walking around like zombies in the middle of   
   the day, tents everywhere, human waste all over, trash.   
      
   I am never coming back nor would I recommend anyone to go. You will   
   feel unsafe and watching over your back the entire time. I canGÇÖt   
   believe this is the US. The people running the city and state should   
   be ashamed.
