XPost: alt.fan.rush-limbaugh, alt.atheism, alt.fun       XPost: alt.politics.democrats.d, talk.politics.guns       From: notgenx32@yahoo.com              by Ryan Mancini       11/19/25 11:04 PM ET              Former White House lawyer Ty Cobb said Wednesday that Attorney General Pam       Bondi       and interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan should be disbarred over the Justice       Department’s prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey.              Speaking with anchor Chris Jansing on MS NOW, formerly MSNBC, Cobb said it was       “shocking” that the Comey indictment “was never properly returned,”       which made       it “dispositive.”              Cobb added that he thinks “both Halligan and Bondi should be disbarred.”              “You know, Bondi has twice submitted affirmations to this court about the       propriety of Lindsay Halligan’s grand jury presentation,” Cobb continued.       “She       knew this. There’s no way she could not have known this. And that just means       that she lied, or that she’s equally incompetent, but more likely that she       lied.”              Earlier Wednesday, the Justice Department admitted the indictment against Comey       was not presented to the full grand jury. The judge made no immediate ruling       but       told prosecutors to address the matter in court filings by the end of business       hours.              https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/5614365-bondi-halli       an-disbarment-comey-ty-cobb/              Bondi is going to prison in 2029.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
