   Typical Mexican behavior. People seldom fled from car accidents before   
   "America's fastest growing minority" began flooding into the U.S. from   
   Mexico a few decades ago. Then again, passing railroad cars weren't   
   spray painted with graffiti either. Too bad about the dog.
