   I decided to try some therapy, albeit I'm terrified.  I don't know what to   
   say, or if it's pointless considering how messed up my mind is.   
      
   What are your experiences with therapy? Is it worth it? What do I talked   
   about? What should avoid talking about? I should probably avoid talking about   
   this website.....because the mainstream just doesn't understand.   
      
   I'm just terrified of getting institutionalize because I don't want to lose my   
   freedoms and smashing my friends and family's image of me being the sane and   
   responsible one.
