   I came back to SC after two years in Fla with the records of 2 years in Fla   
   from the doctor who took care of me and prescribed the opiates I needed and   
   the prior four years in SC.  I only had a month with some extra because you   
   can only be prescribed a    
   monh at a time with the opiates.  I never expected to have any problems   
   because I have a detailed clinical history of severe neuropathy and  am in the   
   end stages of a deenerative disease that has attacked and damaged nerve   
   endings in spine.  I''ve spent    
   weeks trying to see pain management specialists through all the hoops they put   
   you through.  No one will pay any attention to my history  they are not   
   allowed to by the oversight of new SC drug laws.  I will have run out of   
   medicine in 2 weeks and I do    
   not have any hope of treatment for at least another six weeks.  Without the   
   medicine I will not be able to stand, sit walk or lay down.  My left foot will   
   feel like it has a not boot tightenon it, my lower back will feel like there   
   is a hole that has    
   something pushing through it, my right arm will become weak and I will be   
   unable to hold anything in my fingers
