keeping it short - im in hospital following another failed attempt. I want to   
   succeed today / tomorrow / asap.   
      
   I have access to make nooses but all fittings so far magnetic and won't take   
   my weight.   
      
   Can ANYONE give me some ideas please.  I smuggled a small plastic bag in, belt   
   and there are other things like ipod wires.   
      
   Please,  no horrible sarcastic replies.  Just help me. Please.
