From: liane.sparks@yahoo.com              sorry for your story, foxglove. I agree that it's not always possible to keep       going just because someone else wants you to! I experienced similar nightmare       of police and hospital - it just further removes you from any tenuous sense of       safety or '       normality'.              Glad you don't hate your husband (though there might have been times when you       thought you did) He was afraid for you. Choices are very limited because       there is little room in our western world for mental imbalance even though       this same world causes much        of it!              Hubby couldn't have had a way to know what calling the police would lead to.       He'd not have been given any idea of the actuality of those feelings of       helplessness you would experience when those people insisted you behave in a       certain way and do what they        want you to do because you were 'ill'!               Sometimes the causes of depression are so complex and deep that there is no       fix for them, no magic superglue. You are sold a fantasy that if only you take       the pills or go to the psychiatrist or join the self-help group, you will be       'well' again. You can        only know from your own experience...              Are you still in this world? Your life. Your story.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
