   plastic bag/ambien method?
   03 Jan 15 11:14:59

   Hi everyone,

So I'm looking to catch the next bus out of here. These past 4 years have been
a blur of medications, therapists, hospitalizations and treatment programs and
nothing has worked, don't think anything really ever will to be honest and
   I've made the
informed, rational decision to end my life, this isn't a spur of the moment,
   angry, or hysterical plan.

Anyhow, I was going to attempt the ambien/plastic bag method. I know it's
really difficult to OD on ambien alone and I'm not counting on that to kill
me, I only have 143 mg (as well as some nyquil) but I'm going to attempt the
   plastic bag method. I've
heard that in general it works pretty well with ambien so long as you're able
to time it right and get it over your head, and not rip it. I'm planning on
double or triple bagging so that if I rip through one bag I'll still be
   covered. There's also not a
   big chance I'll be discovered.

My main question is, I have a lot of leftover medication and was wondering if
any of them would enhance the effects of the ambien and make me less likely to
remove the bag/flail around, or if any of them would make it more likely for a
   fatal drug
interaction. I have: 2300 mg lamictal, about 30 mg abilify, and a SHIT TON of
effexor. I also have access to alcohol, and about 8 325/5 mg hydrocodone
   pills.

Anything I can do to make this method as surefire as possible would be greatly
   appreciated! Thank you so much!
