   To try and combat this, have started slowly reading through posts and have   
   also just made online purchase of "5 last acts - the exit path". This book is   
   supposed to be far more detailed than 'Final exit' which I have, and which   
   just concentrates on    
   amassing certain pills which you swallow and then stick bag over head snugly.    
      
   It was cheaper than 'peaceful pill' and I was a bit wary of the people from   
   peaceful pill now wanting to charge lots of money for fittings which are   
   supposed to be one size fits all - why do they want to make a large profit?   
   However I'm going to look at    
   their website too as the information should still be valid.   
      
   I purchased proper rubble bag online too, it's 400 gauge which is about twice   
   the thickness of the 'rubble bag' you could buy from a 99p shop or at highly   
   inflated price from somewhere like Homebase. I have bungee style elastic so   
   that shouldn't break.
