Ever heard of the compression method.  Its is basically a tourniquet around   
   the neck.  If propery done there shouldn`t be a lot of pain, easy to get what   
   need.  It is the best method for you right now, just make sure you take the   
   time to plan it out.     
   Just remember that suicide is murder, so you better be 100% sure that there is   
   no life after death or else you will have to answer for killing yourself.
