Big thick heavy duty bag that, around 40 gal.  Reliable sleeping pills.    
   Rubber bands or something elastic enough to fit aound the head.   
      
   Basically the sleeping pills will put you sleep and while you are asleep you   
   die.   
      
   I think you sould go with a different method like compression or hanging, if   
   you have to stick with the plastic bag make sure you practic what you can   
   practice.   
      
   And remember suicide is the same thing as murder.  It is just running away   
   from your problems.
