   Or simply some advice on where to get appropriate materials. I think gun would   
   be my preferred option, pretty much due to the swiftness and commitment of it   
   all (really low failure rate, minimal/no pain), however I don't to know where   
   to get one and as    
   it's the UK, it's also pretty hard to get one. Any help/thoughts would be
