   It wont make any difference unless you were murdered.   
   That might put buyers off if it went up for sale soon after a murder there.   
   People die at home all the time, especially oldies.   
      
   In Japan they dont believe in god but they do believe in spirits. If someone   
   kills themselves in a house there it becomes almost unsellable or unrentable.   
   If a young tenant commits suicide, the landlord will sue their parents for   
   losses. One case I read about the parents had to pay the landlord $100,000
