   Does anyone know where i can find more information on this method. I been   
   hearing mixed results. Some people say it is "painless" while others say it   
   isn't. Is it truly as effective as they say it is? Has there been any   
   survivors who attempted this    
   method? What are the effects if one survives? Information such as this would   
   be helpful.    
      
   I have access to the ingredients but would like to know more about it before   
   going through with it. If anyone has this it would be greatly appreciated if   
   you can share.
