   I've been on these meds for like 6+ months, but only have recently   
   discontinued:   
   Aripiprazole 15mg (used to be 20 before lowering it 6m ago) PO QDaily   
   Loxapine 2.5-5mg IM BID PRN   
   Lorazepam 1-2mg IM BID PRN
