I think my Father did it just about perfectly. Mind you, when he was
born in 1919, he was something like two-three months premature. So he
was lucky to make it to his FIRST Birthday, let alone his EIGHTY-FIRST
   Birthday!!

Now-a-days, that would still be a bit of a Hassel but in 1919?? WOW!!

Anyway, on this day, my father had spent the day with his youngest
daughter, her husband and their two daughters (2y.o. & 1y.o.). After
Dinner, my sister took him home so he could watch the evening Football
   match (involving His Team) uninterrupted.

Next day, my sister was trying to contact him but the phone wasn't being
answered. As my Father was as Deaf as a Doorpost, that, in itself,
wasn't a worry, but my sister drive back over to the house and went
inside and found him DEAD, sitting in his chair in front of the T.V.,
two cups of tea, undrunk, by his aide (two cups cause a Teabag would
make two cups and you don't want to be wasteful, do you??) and his Jack
   Russell dog by his side.

If you've got to go (and we do), THAT is a pretty decent way to go!! I
mean, he seemingly didn't even see his Team lose that night!!
