   There is no doubt that Ukraine is more corrupt than the average western   
   european country. There have been numerous _mainstream media_ reports   
   about that.   
      
   The question however, is not the funding of a corrupt country (all   
   countries are more or less corrupt), the question is winning the war   
   against Putin, and make sure he ends up in prison or dead.   
      
   The second objective is to cut up russia, make the industrial part join   
   the west, and let the rest fall into durka-durka-stan territory without   
   the nukes of course.
