   But how could they make sure that first of all, the terrorists bought   
   that specific model from that specific company, unless of course, they   
   are the only company on the planet making pagers.   
      
   And second, how could they make sure that some of the pagers did not end   
   up with civilians?   
      
   And finally, how did they get the phone nrs of all the terrorists?   
      
   It seems to me they have operatives deep inside both the terrorist   
   organization and that they also infiltrated deep into the company itself   
   to pull that off.
