   	Supply chains.  Someone in Iran (most likely in the Revolutionary   
   Guard) made a bulk purchase of pagers.

   	The Iranians didn't have that worry.  They were making sure that   
   it was the important people in their front organizations which got   
   them, through their usual supply distribution.   
      
   	Have no doubt, the Israelis have been tracking the meta-data from   
   these since they were delivered.  Where did they bunch up, who spent   
   time with who, where did they go.   
      
   	Now they are cross correlating with hospital and media reports.
