   This whole - oft important - area is just BLANK on   
   the weather radars.   
      
   NWS should get Mexico to allow a high-power radar   
   station out on the tip of Yucatan. It'd be VERY   
   useful.   
      
   In the scheme of things these days, not TOO   
   expensive either.
