   My understanding is that California is losing middle, upper middle and   
   upper class professional "residents" whom are fleeing high taxes, high   
   crime, and bad governance while Kamala-Biden-Mayorkas's  highly fertile   
   invaders of color from Third World, mostly Hispanic failed states are   
   taking their places. The ethnic cleansing mirrors the fleeing of white,   
   professional middle and upper class from Cuba after Fidel Castro took   
   power in 1959 or when Rhodesia became Zimbabwe and Robert Mugabe took   
   power.  It's not a population decrease, as California is set to gain   
   seats in Congress and gain electoral votes in the Electoral College as a   
   result of the "new arrivals" being bused to the border by Mexico from   
   Panama's Darien Gap at U.S. taxpayer expense, thanks to Kamala the
