   China is king of solar panels and wind turbines. China has coal, but   
   unlimited cheap coal import from Russia is better than mining its own   
   coal from the ground. Russia is diverting all the energy that used to   
   supply Europe to sell to China. German economy is totally fucked by   
   Uncle Sam.
