      Do you remember the catastrophe in Thebes in Greece about five years ago?   
   There was a gulch which was dry all but one every ten years.  Some   
   politicians built a bus station on top of the gulch.  A professor from Athens   
   Polytech took his students there every year on a class trip, promising them   
   there would be a catastrophe.  Sure enough, it happened.  Politicans never   
   think ahead.
