      Are worth much more than their weight in gold . This will be the 4th   
   winter in a row that my firewood needs will be met by the largess of my   
   neighbors . And they think I'm doing them the favor ! Actually it's to   
   our mutual benefit , they need these trees harvested for one reason or   
   another and I need the firewood . And in most cases I don't have to drag   
   it out of the woods . I don't always get the species I want , but hey   
   it's free for the labor of harvesting it and around here it's almost all   
   hardwoods . I'm going to be getting a few pines too , we'll see how it   
   burns . There are times when oak/hickory actually gives us too much heat
