   One must presume that any foreigner sneaking into the United States   
   illegally is a criminal from the get go.  Usually the body tattoos are   
   the giveaway as per TDA gang members or MS 13 gang members.  There is no   
   obligation on the part of American citizens to presume people illegally   
   entering our country are "innocent".
