   Depends on your jurisdiction.  In Denver the video would be used against   
   you by the D.A..  Remember that border rancher who was charged with   
   murder for shooting an invader on his ranch?  He was fortunate that he   
   had a sympathetic jury, but his life was ruined by the publicity.  Maybe   
   keep the video in a secret place and play it by ear whether it would   
   prove your innocence or give some activist judge and / or some   
   "immigration rights" NGO with deep pockets ammunition to ruin your life.
