   The heavily accented women speaking imply that they are keeping students   
   "safe" from law enforcement and the "government."  I infer from her   
   speech that she is saying that protecting criminal aliens from arrest is   
   the new definition of "safety."  This should not stand.   
      
   The words "safe" and "keeping people safe" are repeated dozens of times,   
   implying that law enforcement agents are dangerous and threat to the   
   safety of children.  Unsurprisingly, the school staff look like   
   foreigners from Latin America and seem to speak English as a second   
   language. No wonder they speak with a unified voice that they consider   
   the government to be their enemy.
