   Excellent report. There have been several high profile deadly crashes in   
   mountain states involving "immigrant" truck drivers who don't read or   
   understand the English language and have no training as to how to drive   
   safely in winter conditions and how to do brake checks before descending   
   steep mountain grades.  I hope Oklahoma leads the nation in getting   
   unqualified "immigrant" truck drivers off the road.
