   Absolutely.   
   And that's why the nuclear arms treaty has been a complete joke.   
   Oh, you can inspect "here" but you can't inspect "over there" and you   
   also have to give us a "week" notice etc.   
      
   The US among other western nations are fools to negotiate with these   
   crazies.   
   A dirty bomb set off in lower Manhattan would cripple the world, financially.   
      
   Personally i feel we are going to see a rise in lone wolf attacks, like   
   school shooters, sporting events etc. But not at the cost of spectacular   
   coordinated   
   attacks like 9-11. Those will come as well.   
   And much of it will come from within by using useful idiot college students and   
   so forth.   
   This stuff is being planned, organized and funded at the highest levels of
