   One report said that at the Christian all girls camp, the staff and   
   management confiscated all the cell phones from the kids when they get   
   checked in to the camp.  Had the girls had their cell phones, they may   
   have heard to NWS alerts warning of an impending flood.  They also might   
   have been able to call their parents during the flooding.  Maybe the   
   camp, if it recovers, will revisit that ill-thought-out policy.
