   Right-wingnuts like "pothole" don't have a fucking clue what rights are, why   
   they are needed, and *against whom* they are held. If a person is charged with   
   a   
   crime and faces deprivation of life, liberty and property, that person is   
   *especially* in need of rights, and having them respected.
