   Actually partially true and UK will say the same.   
   The biggest problem is religios fanatics who do not   
   have any intention of assimilating so in effect it's   
   partially true.   
   People from Mexico, Europe, other South American countries   
   and so forth cause little problems. The legal ones anyway.   
   They assimilate very well and yet at the same time keep and   
   do not forget their culture or heritage.   
      
   The neighborhood I grew up in was like that and the multicultural   
   nature made for most of the fun. Block parties and the like.
