   I recall Slick Willie's Secretary of State, Madalyn Albright, when asked   
   if it was worth it to starve half a million Iraqi children due to   
   economic sanctions imposed by Clinton on Iraq, and she replied, "Yes, it   
   was worth it."  As much as Democrats pay lip service to loving "children   
   of color," they don't mind millions of brown or black skinned children
