    None of which have been found to be the result of sabotage. But,   
   of course, that's what *THEY* want everyone to think, right?

    Present your best evidence that, at the very least, shows your   
   claim is in any way plausible. As of the time I write this, everything   
   I've seen and heard suggests it was an industrial accident.
