      All systems can be gamed. The more complex the system   
      the more ways and easier.   
      
      Newer transponders COULD be designed to xmit a 1024 bit   
      code along with the other info ... something that can   
      be tested sort of like book ISBN numbers AND live-   
      indexed so 2+ of the same would be flagged.   
      
      Fortunately, it seems that 99.99999% of the time there   
      are no alien motherships coming down.
