Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic       transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring       unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to       enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and       abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits       bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States       in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection       1324(a)(3)."              18 U.S. Code § 2387 addresses activities affecting armed forces       generally. It states that anyone who, with the intent to interfere with,       impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military       or naval forces of the United States, advises, counsels, urges, or       attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of       duty by any member of these forces, or distributes written or printed       matter that advises such actions, can be fined or imprisoned for up to       ten years, and may be ineligible for employment by the United States for       five years following conviction.
