   I think the show-is-ametaphore-for-highschool theory is rather dubious, IMHO.   
   I am guessing these are the same people who swear there's some sort of lesbian   
   subcontext to Xena.   
      
   I thought the show peaked with the Dark Willow story and was defintiely running   
   on fumes the final season.
