   Hollywood In Shock As Robin Williams Found Dead In Home.

   His publicist released a statement this afternoon, which confirmed his   
   death:   
      
   "Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe   
   depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family   
   respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very   
   difficult time."   
      
   Officials suspect that the death is a suicide due to asphyxia. However,   
   a comprehensive investigation must be completed before a final   
   determination is made. The investigation into the circumstance, cause,   
   and manner of the death is currently underway by the Investigations and   
   Coroner Division of the Sheriff’s Office.
