   1. Glenn Quinn had drug problems and OD. His departure was unintentional.   
      
   2. CC irked JW when she got married and had a kid. Her departure was a   
   very cheap act of petty revenge. CC even quit speaking to JW for several   
   years because of it.   
      
   3. Wesley bit the big one in the final ep, I *think* they knew the show was   
   not being renewed so it didn't matter. If it had gotten picked up they   
   would   
   have brought him back someway. They brought Spike and Darla back, even   
   tho it didn't make any sense.   
      
   They even had Darla wanting to become a vamp despite there being no way   
   she could desire such a thing.
