   'Buffy the Vampire slayer' star Sarah Michelle Gellar finds it sad that   
   husband Freddie Prinze Jr. has more street cred with their children than she   
   does.   
      
   The Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress has been married to fellow actor   
   Freddie for 13 years and together they have two children; Charlotte, six and   
   Rocky, three. The couple both star in Disney animated series Star Wars   
   Rebels but their offspring and their friends are more impressed by Freddie’s   
   efforts than Sarah’s.   
      
   “My joke is that — it’s not a joke, it’s kind of sad actually, because   
   Freddie is on (Star Wars Rebels) and so all the kids at school are like,   
   ‘That’s Charlotte’s daddy. He’s a Jedi,’ ” she told People   
   magazine. “‘And   
   that’s her mom, she drives carpool.’ I was like, ‘I’ve got to get come   
   cred   
   with these kids!’ ”   
      
   Freddie, 39, has voiced the character of Kanan the Cowboy Jedi since the   
   show’s first series. Sarah joined the production’s second season in March   
   (15) and will voice the Seventh Sister, an Inquisitor working for the   
   Galactic Empire.   
      
   The 38-year-old may not have impressed her children with her latest role,   
   but she has been able to make up for it in other ways. Sarah loves to bake   
   and enjoys testing out her recipes on her little ones.   
      
   “It’s great because it’s a great experience to test them,” she   
   explained.   
   “They’re experts now, they know best, they’re always telling us how to do   
   stuff. But that is where inspiration comes from.”   
      
   In fact, little Rocky has such a sweet tooth that he’s started to fight his   
   big sister for the sugary treats that their mother makes them. When Sarah   
   made Charlotte’s favorite dessert – brownie popsicles – Rocky had to go   
   to   
   great lengths to get his hands on them.   
      
   “My son kept asking for them and Charlotte was like, ‘No, no, no,’ ”   
   she   
   laughed. “Then I think she went to the bathroom — man, he climbed up on her   
   chair and grabbed and ate the whole thing before she came back!”
