     If he was commenting on Sarah's breasts ... just like she answered the   
   critic who claimed she'd had a nose job -- (the gist). "If I got a nose job,   
   would I get THIS?"   
   Ditto for her breasts - from all indications, if she got one, she needs to   
   get her money back...plus a LOT of punitive compensation. They certainly   
   don't seem to be particularly perky!
