   RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Wizard World Richmond Comic Con is starting today   
   and lasting throughout the weekend.   
      
   As part of the festival, several celebrities are in town, including “Buffy   
   the Vampire Slayer” star James Marsters.   
      
   Marsters came by 8News today to discuss the event and what it’s like meeting
