And they did not control Faith       > very well.              I said 'controlled', not 'made by'. :-)       And yes, Faith went south very fast.       The Shadow Men were the forerunners of the Council.       The Council, as we knew them, were able to somehow find a certain number       of the potentials. Whence located they would appoint a Watcher to train       the potential.
