   > Hello. I am looking for the episode of BTVS where Ida Mufferbids, the old
woman who entertained crowds on The Price is Right, was a guest star. You can
read more about Ida on alt.tv.game-shows. Anyway, Ida was playing an old
   cabaret singer who turns
out to be a vampire in disguise. As a nod to her career, a TV in the
background is playing TPIR, particularly when Bob Barker is asking for Ida
("May we see the next Ida Mufferbids?") Does anyone have this episode?

For anyone who does not know, Ida Mufferbids was an old whore who entertained
audiences on The Price is Right while Bob Barker was presenting the one-bid
prizes to the contestants. She was on the show from its premiere in 1972
   until 2008, the end of
Drew Carey's first season, when she retired and was replaced by the current
whore, Prye Zufferbids. She had auditioned to be a model on Bill Cullen's
version of Price in the 1950s, but Mark Goodson and Bill Todman did not want
   her because of her shady
reputation. Anyway, they did hire her in 1972 for the new version with
Barker, and she retired in 2008, living in quiet isolation for the next 5
years (save for some interviews and an appearance on WWE RAW in September
   2009). Ida succumbed to lung
   cancer in June 2013.
