|    Eliza Dushku Joins Cast of 'Bull'    |

From: daviderl31@yahoo.com              http://www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/news/a824260/buffy-star-eliza-       ushku-tv-comeback-cbs-bull/              Eliza Dushku is making her TV comeback in CBS's Bull, her three-episode arc       kicks off in May.              The good news just keeps coming for CBS's legal drama Bull, as just hours       after it was announced the series has been picked up for a second season,       the show has snapped up a vampire slayer in a major role.              Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Eliza Dushku will be making her return to TV       for a three-episode arc on the series later this year, with TVLine reporting       that the character has the potential to become a regular spot in the second       season.              Dushku will join the cast as JP Nunnelly, the smart head of the best       criminal defence firm in New York, who is hired by Weatherly's titular       character Dr Jason Bull when a member of his Trial Analysis Corporation team       faces prison.              While best known for her role as vampire slayer Faith on Buffy the Vampire       Slayer and its spin-off Angel, Dushku has more recently worked on the TV       series Banshee, which wrapped up its fourth and final season in 2016.              After following up Buffy with short-lived TV projects in Tru Calling and       Joss Whedon's Dollhouse, Dushku has also appeared as a special guest in       episodes of The Big Bang Theory, The League and White Collar, which reunited       the actress with her Tru Calling co-star Matt Bomer.              Earlier this year, the actress also opened up about her battles with drug       and alcohol addiction while speaking at the New Hampshire Youth Summit on       Opioid Awareness.              "I loved the way [drugs] made me feel," she said. "I loved the way it made       me not feel... it was fun and I loved it, until it wasn't.              "Drugs didn't love me. They didn't love my family. They definitely didn't       love my friends that died."              Dushku's three-episode arc in Bull kicks off Tuesday, May 9 on CBS.               [I am going to have to think long and hard if I want to watch it. I       CANNOT stand "Dinozzo"!! Go back and watch the first 3 or 4 seasons and       you will see that Dinozzo is WAY too sarcastic, snarky, and smarmy (to       almost everyone), and VERY misogynistic toward Agent Caitlen Todd (Sasha       Alexander). When Ziva David joined the cast in season three, he tried the       same bullshit with her, but she was able to deflect most of his woman-hating       advances. But even in later episodes he constantly tries to insinuate       himself into her private life! It this had been a real-life situation, he       would not have lasted a week with his attitude.]                     David              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
