   Margo Chase dead: Buffy the Vampire slayer icon dies aged 59 in plane crash   
      
   The 59-year-old graphic designer was famous for creating the iconic logos   
   for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel, as well as hit 90s   
   favorite Charmed.   
      
   Margo, who was passionate about flying and an accomplished aerobatic pilot,   
   was practicing a sequence when the aircraft accident occurred, the   
   International Aerobatic Club President Mike Heuer said in a statement on
