   Felicia Day's big moment came when she was cast on cool nerd show Buffy The   
   Vampire Slayer (she had a recurring role in season seven as one of the   
   potential Slayers).   
      
   Following her turn on the series, she made the most of appearing on one of   
   the most successful fantasy series ever by doubling down on her brand and   
   turning herself into a cool nerd icon.   
      
   Day created her own show, The Guild, a web series which aired from 2007 to   
   2013 and focused on the MMORPG gaming subculture, which attracted audiences   
   of Buffy fans and gamer geeks.   
      
   After the success of The Guild, Day set up her own YouTube network,   
   referring to her breakout role on a 2014 video where she played a Buffy   
   video game dressed as her character, Vi (which you can see above).   
      
   But, basically, if you need a nerd girl for your fantasy show or web series,
