   Buffy star calls for relaunch of 90s TV hit Buffy The Vampire Slayer   
      
   Actor Nicholas Brendon, aka Xander Harris, wants to see a rekindling of the   
   ’90s TV series that made him famous.   
      
   “I think people would lose their shit,” Brendon told Confidential ahead of   
   his trip to Brisbane for Supanova in November. “I would really love to be a   
   part of it and would love to see it happen. I just don’t know if it will.   
   That’s not my decision at all.”   
      
   Brendon continued to be involved in the Buffy world after the show wrapped   
   in 2003, helping to write the Buffy the Vampire Slayer comic books. However,   
   he said was not clued in on any plans to reboot the series.   
      
   The actor, 46, will join Buffy co-star James Marsters and Angel actor   
   Christian Kane for Supanova in Brisbane from November 10-12.   
      
   “I love Australia. You definitely don’t have to break my arm to come,” he   
   said. “I’ve been four or five times. Once my best friend bought a van and   
   we   
   went up and down the coast and surfed and camped and surfed. It comes down   
   to the fans really.”
