   Been watching Buffy 'old school' -- on DVD.   
      
   In the Season 5 ep Fool For Love, at the end, Spike grabs a shotgun to kill   
   Buffy, who is sitting on the steps of her back porch. Spike softens when he   
   sees Buffy crying, and sits beside her.   
      
   The back porch is different from the one In the S6 episode After Life.   
      
       In Fool For Love, when you walk out of the kitchen door, a railing is   
   there, with a BBQ grille on the right side (looking from the door). You have   
   to jog left to get to the steps to the back yard.   
       In After Life, it is a much wider porch, with the steps to the back yard   
   lined up with back door, the BBQ grille still on the left side of the porch   
   (looking at  it from the yard), but a huge tree is on the right, with the   
   porch railing surrounding it.   
      
   Maybe Xander rebuilt the porch over the summer; no telling how the tree got   
   there.
