   Like duh.   
      
   You may understand that a character is a fan favorite and keep it anyway,   
   and try to do interesting things with it, while not being fond of it.   
      
   Joss is an excellent showrunner.   
      
   I don't think I've ever seen him say anything but praise about all his   
   actors.   He's that rare gem of a director who knows how to get the best   
   out of people. Take SMG for instance, that some people in this group hate,   
   apparently.  Joss said a lot of nice things about her professionalism on   
   Buffy, and I for one think she did her best work on that show.   
   Remember that she's also responsible for Michelle Trachtenberg on Buffy.   
      
   Nobody after Whedon ever gave her any kind of good role of that proportion.   
   Maybe she's not that versatile after all, compared to Amy Acker, Amber Benson   
   or Alyson Hannigan, but she was amazing on Buffy.
